Krypton Community College: COURSE #003 Gretchen Rubin on Happines

Krypton Community College back in session at West Seattle's Office Junction.

Free four-week course—The Happiness Project— open for registration.

The Happiness Project is a free, four-week course held weekly at Office Junction, and led by Ryan Breske of Zeitgeist/33, a marketing agency in West Seattle.

From the work of Gretchen Rubin, this course takes participants through a playful, five-step experiment to discover what specific habits will make them happier. It's entirely free and registration is open to everyone!

All sessions are held on the first floor of Office Junction in West Seattle, from noon to 1:30 p.m. beginning Monday, January 6th, 2014. Participants are asked to attend all four sessions and space is limited to 15 students. If you would like to register or be kept in the loop for future courses, please complete this simple form. If you would like to invite someone else who should be there, please share this article with them!

Everyone in the course gets a PDF document with links to articles, podcasts, etc. Participants then come together to discuss and figure out how to push each other to dive deeper into the work. Unlike traditional school, there are no tests, no memorization, no proving you did the reading. Instead, the course aims to get people together who will share their experiences and figure out how to grow from what's on offer.

Krypton Community College is an experiment based on a simple idea: we learn better when we do it together. All courses are free. You can find more about the concept at the Krypton site.

We're excited to offer this program and hope you will join us for this incredible course to kick off the new year!

Let's learn together!
